Live Creek Resortation
This case study documents a rapid, field-deployed in-situ bioremediation response to a combined produced-water and crude-oil release into a live creek system. It is intended to provide decision makers with a clear, defensible overview of the problem, the treatment approach at a high level, and the observed recovery indicators achieved within an accelerated timeframe—while minimizing secondary waste generation and avoiding excavation-based disruption. Results are presented as site-specific outcomes supported by documented field observations and follow-up measurements, and should be interpreted within the context of local conditions and applicable regulatory endpoints.

The impacted reach shows dark surface staining and stressed, matted vegetation along the shoreline with visible discoloration in the water.

The same area shows clearer water and renewed green vegetation, with no noticeable surface sheen visible in the photo.
